At Dallas Gold LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund in accordance with the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Must include all original packaging, certificates, and accessories (if applicable).
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at dallasgold2023@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Our team will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment. Dallas Gold LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dallasgold2023@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as applicable.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
