Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping and processing do not occur on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped only on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We ship all orders via FedEx 2nd Day Delivery.
Once shipped, customers can expect their package to arrive within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing (1–2 business days) + Shipping (2 business days) = 3–4 business days total.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on the value of the purchase because all shipments are insured through FedEx’s Declared Value Program.
Rates start at $30 and may vary depending on the total declared value of the order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
